(“ATS” for short)is a high-tech company and a holding subsidiary of Western Power, specializing in R&D, design, production and sales of lithium batteries; harmless environmental protection disposal of waste lithium batteries, comprehensive recycling of resources. ATS is also engaged in consulting, assignment, service, transportation, storage, disposal and graded utilization of energy conservation and environmental protection technologies and products.
In the field of lithium battery PACK, the company possesses industry-leading cutting-edge technologies in BMS research and development, rapid detection, distributed inverting, data processing, etc.

Since its establishment 42 years ago, the Group has been dedicated to the design, manufacture, system solutions, and investment operation of the new energy, environmental protection industry, and clean power stations. It serves customers in 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions in China, as well as more than 50 countries and regions around the world.
